Combining Two Themes

How to Build a Theme-Driven China Programme

The Most Important Insight on Assessment

The purpose of post-trip assessment is not to measure what students saw — it is to force them to think about what it means. The best assignment is the one that requires students to take their China observations and apply them to a real strategic question in their own industry or career context. When a student writes "after seeing BYD's battery production scale, I now believe my company's EV transition strategy is fundamentally too slow," learning has occurred. That sentence could not have been written before the China visit.
