Hank brings over a decade of international business and supply-chain experience to CST. Starting his career in 2013 at Made-in-China.com, he spent years connecting global buyers with Chinese manufacturers, then led worldwide brand expansion as a Marketing Director and ran his own company working directly with factories across multiple industries — gaining end-to-end expertise from R&D and sourcing to production and quality control. In 2024 he co-founded CST with his wife Emily.

A licensed tour professional and graduate of Shanghai Tourism College, Emily holds a national tour-guide certificate and brings deep hands-on experience leading groups, running travel-agency operations and managing corporate client sales. At CST she leads client engagement, program design, pricing and proposals, tourism resource coordination and financial management — ensuring every program is executed seamlessly.
