Visa & Practical Planning
Managing visa requirements for a group of 20–40 students and teachers from multiple nationalities is one of the most time-consuming parts of China educational tour planning. We handle this for every group we work with.

Citizens of 50+ countries including the UK, Australia, Germany, France, Japan, South Korea and Canada can now enter China visa-free for up to 30 days. We confirm the status for every participant nationality individually before confirming your programme.
Invitation Letters
For participants who require a visa (L tourist visa for educational groups), we issue official invitation letters within 2 business days for every participant. Personalised guidance provided for each nationality's local Chinese embassy.
Tech Preparation
Students need a VPN to access Google, WhatsApp and Instagram in China. We provide a pre-trip tech briefing — VPN download instructions, recommended apps and WeChat setup — for all participants before departure.
Insurance Requirements
Comprehensive travel insurance including medical evacuation cover is required for all participants. We advise on appropriate providers for your school's country and can confirm minimum coverage requirements when you enquire.
How Far in Advance Should You Start Planning?
We recommend beginning at least 4–6 months before departure for school groups. Popular months (September, November, March) and programmes involving university exchanges book up quickly. For groups with participants who require visa applications, allow 8 weeks minimum from visa application to departure.
